About Us

We recognize that families come to our service for a variety of reasons. We make sure your child doesn’t get entangled in the politics of the grown-up world.

On Neutral Ground is a collective of dedicated, respectful, trained professionals who have a sole purpose of maintaining the neutrality and safety of the children in their care; who supervise the interactions between the child and non-custodial parents/guardians, and provide factual, non-biased documentation.

Our team members go through an extensive training process, which includes ONG Policies and Procedures, De-escalation Techniques, Documentation, and reasons requiring supervision (i.e. Domestic Violence, Mental Health, Drugs & Alcohol). They are committed to the safety and well-being of the children and families we serve.

Meet the Founder

Glenda Faus – Founding Owner and Director

Glenda holds an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Her professional experience includes being a psychiatric assistant, working as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in inpatient psychiatric hospitals where she specialized in Adventure-Based Counseling and Child/Adolescent treatment including Family Interactive Therapy, and providing services to families and children through the Boulder County Mental Health Services.

In 2001, Glenda became the first Executive Director of Children First of the Rockies (formally St. Vrain Family Center) in Longmont, CO. With the support of Chief Judge Roxanne Bailin, Glenda and the agency established “SAFE Services”, Boulder County’s first supervised visitation and exchange program.

After having owned several other businesses, Glenda returned to providing supervision services in June 2019 as a private practitioner. In November 2021, Glenda made the decision to expand and build a team to meet the growing needs of services in Boulder County and surrounding counties along the Front Range. This was the beginning of On Neutral Ground.
