On Neutral Ground has been caring and compassionate with my kiddos. And whenever I couldn’t voice my concerns to my co-parent, the Supervisor took the time to listen and work with me to ensure the safety of everyone involved while remaining neutral to both parties. Her primary focus is the children she works with, and their needs and safety come first and foremost, which is something I very much appreciate.

I have been involved with three different agencies in Colorado and On Neutral Ground has been my absolute favorite. First and foremost, by providing professional, in-home services, they provided the most natural home feeling during the visitation time for my children. They provided detailed reports and kept all parties in line with policies. Last but not least, their expert testimony was instrumental in protecting the custody rights to my children.

On Neutral Ground’s professionalism, timeliness, flexibility and care is more than any co-parent can ask for. Within a few visits the Supervisor was able to develop a strong trusting bond with my son (6) and daughter (4). She faded into the background giving the visiting parent a more natural experience with their children as well as happily interact with a curious child. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic the Supervisor’ experience shined as she easily transitioned the visits virtually to help ensure the safety of all parties while still maintaining the visiting schedule. No one likes to find themselves in a situation where they are told they have to have supervised visits with their children. Unfortunately, I found myself in need of On Neutral Ground’s services due to false allegations. I was nervous for the first visit and wondered how my children would respond to a stranger in my home or how we would explain her presence. The Supervisor was so professional and kind that from the moment she stepped in the door everyone was comfortable.
